The mission of the Institute for Counselor Development (ICD) is to serve local clinicians of El Paso and surrounding communities by providing quality mental health professional trainings. ICD offers a variety of training opportunities for both beginning and advanced mental health professionals interested in obtaining professional credits (CEUs) to meet licensure requirements and to further professional growth.
